Grade A Very Dark Maple Syrup is an extremely dark amber colored Grade A syrup with a strong maple flavor.
This is an excellent syrup for cooking as it stands up well to other flavors; but for those that love a strong maple flavor, it is also delicious for table use.

 If you have not had very dark Maple Syrup, we recommend trying Dark Maple Syrup  first as Very Dark Syrup can an intense of a flavor if you haven't had it before.
